Little Known Bike Law

Connecticut General Statutes Section 14-242 prohibits a motorist from overtaking a cyclist and making a right turn in front of the cyclist unless the turn can be made safely! So if a car passes you and then cuts you off by turning in front of you, the motorist is negligent per se.
